招聘職位Position：外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員Sales（Several若干）

職位要求Qualification：

1、 全日制本科以上 ，國(guó)貿(mào)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮，歡迎應(yīng)屆生；

Bachelor degree or above, prior to the major about international trade and also welcome to fresh graduates ;

2. 年齡要求：20-25歲，有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；

崗位職責(zé)Responsibility：

1、 收集和分析市場(chǎng)信息（產(chǎn)品信息、價(jià)格信息、安規(guī)信息、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息等）；

Collect and analyze market information (such as product information, price information, safety information, competitor information, etc.);

2、 負(fù)責(zé)新客戶(hù)的開(kāi)發(fā)，確定付款方式、價(jià)格，審核與客戶(hù)簽訂的訂單，保證貨款及時(shí)回收；

Responsible for the development of new customers, determine the payment terms, price, check the orders detail and ensure capital recovery promptly;

3、 分析客戶(hù)需求，負(fù)責(zé)與客戶(hù)前期的產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、價(jià)格談判，并預(yù)測(cè)訂單數(shù)量；

Analysis customer demand and communicate with the customer about the early product development, price negotiation and forecast order quantity;

4、 掌握產(chǎn)品知識(shí)和相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)，避免在溝通中出現(xiàn)誤解和歧義；

Master the product knowledge and related professional term that avoid misunderstandings and ambiguities in communication;

5、 保持與客戶(hù)的良好關(guān)系，及時(shí)向客戶(hù)傳達(dá)公司的產(chǎn)品信息、企業(yè)文化及發(fā)展動(dòng)向；

Maintain the good relationship with customers and convey the company's products information, enterprise culture and development trends timely;

6、 正確處理客戶(hù)抱怨以及相關(guān)賠償處理事項(xiàng)，完善售后服務(wù)。
